In the morning, join our agronomists in the orchard to pick mulberries, enjoying a moment of fun and connection with nature. After a signature Bio28 lunch, with the garden's produce, participants can join the chefs to make jam with the fruits harvested in the morning! Everyone will go home with a jar for their breakfast!

A doctor of agronomy, Umberto graduated in 2015 with honors in agricultural science, sustainable crop management curriculum. He has been working at Bio28 since 2016, taking care of all green management and passionately contributing to the development of environmental sustainability projects. At Bio28, Umberto is also in charge of teaching Horticulture classes for adults and children.
Sara Daidone, Chef of Bio28, combines tradition and innovation in the kitchen, creating magical dishes with fresh, local ingredients.
Igor De Masi, Chef of Bio28, uses all his knowledge to bring out the best in vegetables (Queens of Bio28), also exploiting them in fresh pasta preparations.
